Work Seminar 27.10.2008 at the Arla Institute

At the work seminar teachers, personal assistants and MDVI students from four different vocational colleges for special education discussed work preparation for the MDVI students. We asked the students about their work experiences and the instructors their methods of work preparation. The form for the Work Seminar was participated planning and as help exercises and workshops were used. The idea of the Work Seminar was the interaction between students, instructors, personal assistants and teachers.

At the Work Seminar there was special words and thoughts, signals of interesting opportunities that in the continued work will help us understand the experiences and needs of both the MDVI students and their instructors. The output function as introduction to the next stage of planning and hopefully help us find more precise areas to develop as the instructors in the coaching MDVI students.
